  • The house is for 3.

  • The attic, although not living accommodation, is easily accessible by stairs, and has an enormous amount of space and is light and airy with a velux window, and is ideal for storing items which would otherwise clog up your bedroom, and for drying the washing for free!

  • On the first floor, shower room with WC and handbasin. Two bedrooms.

  • The property is in top condition and has excellent insulation properties as well as double glazing. It is all electric. Every bedroom room is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chest desk, chair, and (if required) bookshelf.

  • Price for 3: Each: £70 per week.  Annual total each £3115 inc Half rent  during summer.
  • Please note that the rent is reduced at the moment because the house is right next to a building site!  The exterior work to the building site is due to be completed by June, so your plans for next year will not be disturbed, but it looks pretty terrible just now.

  • 15 WEEKS AT HALF RENT during the summer recess

    You can stay over the summer at the half rent.

  • The house is a registered and licensed HMO controlled by the local council. Electrical safety, smoke detectors and extinguishers are maintained as per regulations.

  • Water rates, telephone line+ISP, electricity not included.
