- These are two bungalows located 500 yards down a path from the southeast corner of the main campus
(ie the Sports Cage), 600 metres from the Llanbadarn campus and a one mile flat
walk into town.
- Each house is for four students, and the large kitchen diner being the communal room. The houses have two bathrooms (one with shower+WC, one with bath+WC).
- The houses are double- glazed and highly insulated and benefit from low electricity bills.
- Broadband wired to each bedroom. Tenants responsible for ISP and telephone line.
- Rent each: £86 per week. Half rent if unoccupied for 15
weeks during summer. So an annual total of £3827 which includes
oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer.
Patio. Gardening and grass cutting included. The house is a
registered and licensed HMO controlled by the local council.
Electrical safety, smoke detectors and extinguishers are maintained
as per regulations.
