  • The location of the house is 500 metres along a path from the southeast corner of the main campus (the Sports Cage). A one mile walk into town. My family home for ten years.

  • The house is for six students, including two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen diner and a conservatory.

  • Three gardens, patio, and parking for 4 vehicles.

  • Most of the rooms are enormous by modern standards apart from one smallish downstairs bedroom. The house is now double glazed and well insulated - floor and attic, and all heating and water (and tumble drier) is with off peak rate electricity (1/3rd normal rate). This keeps the bills reasonable.

  • The house has one bathroom with shower over and WC, one ground floor separate WC,  and one Shower room with WC. No ensuites but front bedrooms have handbasins.

  • There is a utility room where all things to do with washing/tumble drying go.

  • The new conservatory pictured above, has been brought into the 21st century and is now modern & very highly insulated. Seems to be everyone's favourite room.

  • There is a massive storage area at the back of the house, so your boxes/sports kit etc don't clog up the rooms.

  • Broadband. You will be responsible for this, wifi works well in every room

  • Rent each: £75 per week.

  • Half rent for 15 weeks during summer. So an annual total of £3325which includes double oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, and 2nd fridge. Patio and garden furniture. There is a double bed in every room. Gardening and grass cutting included. The house is a registered and licensed HMO controlled by the local council. Electrical safety, smoke detectors and extinguishers are maintained as per regulations.

  • Water Rates, ISP + telephone line, electricity not included.

  • It is possible to stay over the summer at no extra charge.
